Application Guidelines

Fill out the Application on our website: www.gocaamusic.com
Submit a copy/scan of a government document confirming the applicant’s age. Either email to gocaamusic@gmail.com or include it with your payment (examples of government documents: birth certificate, passport, driver’s license, etc).
Payment options:

Credit Card: Pay on our website.
Mail a Check: Please include the applicant’s name and group number.

*There is an additional fee for participants selected to compete in the finals.
