Online Preliminaries:
Group No. 1-9 (Professional): USD $150
（ Amateur / other instrument /composition /vocal ) USD $150
*There is an additional fee for participants selected to compete in the Preliminary
*Application fee is non-refundable.
Preliminary Application Deadline:
Registration closes one week in advance according to the time of preliminary competition in various places
Preliminary Round :
Any group only one piece . final Round need follow Requirements (2or3 pieces)
Preliminary registration will Deadline on March 1- April 1 (Depends on the preliminary round )
