Professnal Chamber Music Musician Team :
Lucy Lu
is an active teacher, soloist, chamber and orchestral musician. Ms. Lu's performances took her to several cities around the United States, China, and Europe to play in some of the greatest concert halls. She served as Concertmaster of the Bellflower Symphony, Orchestra Collective of Orange Country and is currently the 1st violinist of Plaża String Quartet. Ms. Lu has performed with the Nie’Er Symphony Orchestra in China, Four Seasons Youth Orchestra, LA Chamber Choir, and Celestial Opera Company as a violin soloist and has performed at places such as the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Cerritos Performing Art Center, Irvine Barclay Theatre, Musco Center of the Arts, Carpenter Performing Arts Center in the Los Angeles area. Ms. Lu also performs with the Dana Point Symphony Orchestra, Millennium Choir and Orchestra, Corona Symphony, La Mirada Symphony and Rio Honda Symphony Orchestra.
Ms. Lu founded Violinbaby Music Studio where she trains young violinists, many of whom are accepted into renowned music organizations such as The Colburn School, Seattle Youth Symphony, Pasadena Youth Symphony Orchestra and Claremont Youth Symphony Orchestra. Her students has also been winning at international violin competitions such as the MAP International Music Competition and she was awarded the Honorable Instructor of the MAP-IMC 2022.
Ms. Lu also coaches youth orchestras such as Orange County Youth Symphony, Four Seasons Youth Orchestra and South Coast Youth Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Lu received her Masters degree from the Bob Cole Conservatory at California State University, Long Beach where she studied with Professor Moni Simeonov.
Ms. Pin Fei Tang graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-champion and the Peabody Music Conservatory with Master of Music and the Artist Diploma studied with Professor Laurien Laufman and Stephen Kates. During the years of study there, she won the first prize of the Rolland String Competition.
After graduation from Peabody, she got into the doctoral program in the University of Maryland studied with Professor Evelyn Elsing and the Guarneri String Quartet.
She has been teaching cello and chamber music in La Sierra University since 1995, Cal State Los Angeles since 2015 and Azusa Pacific University in 2019.
Ms Tang is actively involved on stage performance for chamber music and solo, also she has been frequently invited to judge competitions and teaching in music festivals such as American String Teachers Association Competition, the 6th China National Cello Competition in Beijing China, CMTANC International Youth Music Competition in San Jose, the 1st Schoenfeld International String Competition in Hong Kong, Steinway Midsummer Music Festival, the International String Music Summer Festival in Vancouver, Canada and the Montecito International Music Festival in Santa Barbara.
Over those years of teaching, Pin Fei has brought students to achieve the goal of winning cello solo and chamber music competitions including the American Protégé International Music Talent Competition, Schoenfeld International String Competition, Enkor International Music Competition and etc.
She also won the Excellent Teacher’s award of at American Protégé International Music Competition Carnegie Hall 2013. Distinguished Teacher’s award of 1st Schoenfeld International String Competition in Hong Kong China 2013.

Yi Di Ding Bio.
Young Steinway Artist, Yidi Ding, age 11,started playing piano at the age of 5 and has shown promising talent since beginning his formal studies. Now, he is often invited to perform for many esteemed organizations and institutions in Carnegie Hall. At the age of 6, he held his solo recital at the Shanghai Oriental Art Centre and was invited by the China Record Corporation to release his new album. Yidi has won over twenty Prizes in many prestigious piano competitions in America, Europe, and China.
